PMP Exam Preparation - The Online Way

» PMP eLearning

The PMP eLearning package provides a flexible online method to prepare for the PMP exam.
Learn how hundreds of thousands of project managers worldwide manage projects. Understand how to set up your organization for success through its project framework, manage all elements of project knowledge, including scope definition, risk assessment and much more.

This package includes an mp3 and test for each knowledge area, a slide deck, tools, tips and support. With this option, you can download the material for listening and do tests on your own time. You send your completed tests to the instructor for confirmation of how you did.

Duration of course: This package provides the 35 educational hours required by PMI for the PMP: eighteen hours through audios and seventeen hours through the reading and tests you do for the course.

Requirements: You need a computer or phone from which you can listen to the audio files. You can print the tests and can also do them online – if you prefer to print them, you would need access to a printer. Have a pen ready to do the printed tests!

Outcomes: At the completion of this course, you will have the knowledge required to take the PMP exam successfully. You will also learn about the standards used for managing projects worldwide.

» One-on-One PMP Training

In the One-on-One PMP Learning course, you get both online training and real-time support from your expert project management instructor.

Duration for the course: This package provides the 35 hours of project management education required by the Project Management Institute (PMI), including 20 hours of real-time support through online discussions and 15 hours of tests and practice. The length of the real-time (phone/Skype/Zoom) sessions is up to you and the instructor. Typically, sessions range from one to three hours each.

Requirements: You will need access to a telephone or computer for our real-time sessions and to listen to the audio file portion of the course. If you like to print the tests before doing them, you would need access to a printer. A pen is handy for doing paper-based tests!

The textbook for this course is the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) which can be purchased on Amazon or through pmi.org.
